Addameer (Arabic for conscience) Prisoners Support and Human Rights Association is a Palestinian non-governmental, civil institution that focuses on human rights issues. Established in 1992 by a group of activists interested in human rights, the center's activities focus on offering support for Palestinian prisoners, advocating the rights of political prisoners, and working to end torture through monitoring, legal procedures and solidarity campaigns.
 
Al Haq was established in 1979 by a group of Palestinian lawyers following extended debate over how best to address the lack of human rights protection mechanisms in the occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt).  Founded as Law in the Service of Man, Al-Haq was one of the first human rights organisations established in the Arab world.
 
Al Mezan Center for Human Rights is a Palestinian non-governmental non-partisan organization based in the refugee camp of Jabalia in the Gaza Strip. Al Mezan’s mandate is “to promote, protect and prevent violations of human rights in general and economic, social and cultural (ESC) rights in particular, to provide effective aid to those victims of such violations, and to enhance the quality of life of the community in marginalized sectors of the Gaza Strip. 

HDIP-Health Development Initiative and Policy Institute was established in 1989 by a group of experienced researchers and health practitioners committed to improving the status of health care for all Palestinians. As an independent, nonprofit Palestinian organization, HDIP specializes in policy research and planning regarding the Palestinian health care and development system in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Palestinian Center for Human Rights is an independent human rights organisation based in Gaza City dedicated to protecting human rights, promoting the rule of law, and upholding democratic principles in the occupied Palestinian territory. It holds Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations and is an affiliate of the International Commission of Jurists, the Fédération Internationale des Ligues des Droits de l'Homme (FIDH), and the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network.
 
The Gaza Community Mental Health Programme (GCMHP) is a Palestinian non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 1990 to provide comprehensive community mental health services - therapy, training and research - to the population of the Gaza Strip. 

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) is a national humanitarian society that provides a wide range of health, social and other humanitarian services for  the Palestinian People throughout the Middle East. PRCS is an observer member in the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

The Union of Palestinian Medical Relief Committees (UPMRC) is a grassroots, community-based Palestinian health organization. UPMRC was founded in 1979 by a group of Palestinian doctors and health professionals seeking to supplement the decayed and inadequate health infrastructure caused by years of Israeli military occupation. It is non-profit, voluntary, and one of the largest health NGOs in Palestine.
 
Women’s Center for Legal Aid and Counseling - Women involved in feminist movements around the world have been assigned a marginalized status in their struggles for national liberation. In an effort to prevent this from happening in Palestine, a group of Palestinian women took the initiative to establish the Women’s Centre for Legal Aid and Counseling (WCLAC).
